We hope you love your products as much as we love making them!
Here are some things to know so your purchases last:
All items are handmade and sealed with UV resin. This coat is very durable; however, it can
crack if dropped so please treat it with care. Acrylic keychains and badge reels can break if
dropped or knocked on hard surfaces. To clean: wipe with a soft, dry and lint free cloth.
Avoid extreme heat or submerging in water.
All products are guaranteed to be clear of defects or damage caused by the manufacturing or
customization process. Should you notice your product has a manufacturing or customization
defect within 30 days of receiving the item you may request a refund or exchange.
Normal wear and tear does not constitute a defect of the manufacturing/customization process.
Damage from stepping on, dropping, misuse, incorrect cleaning, etc. are not guaranteed and will
not be refunded or exchanged.
Badge reels have a warranty for 3 months. If anything happens in that timeframe, feel free to
email us about your concerns. After that point, we cannot guarantee the product.

shipping + delivery
Our orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or DHL. Tracking will be provided for all orders and will
be emailed to you once your order is complete. Shipping delays can occur and are out of our
control.
Current Production for all custom orders is 7-10 business days (M-F) prior to shipping.
Items are packaged and shipped via USPS. Tracking will be provided once your package is
shipped. Your items should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your zip code and
USPS shipping delays. Expedited delivery is available upon request at an additional cost.
Please note, production and shipping times exclude all weekends and holidays.
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Once an order has shipped, there
is absolutely no changes to be made. If an item gets returned due to incorrect address, you must pay for shipping again.
If the item you receive arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged packaging
and damaged items inside. No claims will be filed without proof as pictures are required by USPS. Claims will
only be filed on packages that shipped priority. First class packages are not insured.
our return policy
Personalized and custom items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. You are responsible to check and double check the spelling and approve all aspects of your custom request in the final proof before your item is finished. (We will try to reach out when words are obviously spelled incorrectly but we cannot guarantee to catch these errors.) Within the first 24 hours after an order is submitted, feel free to contact us if there are any issues with any aspects of the product that need to be adjusted. Due to being handmade, no two items are exactly the same, therefore an item may differ slightly from the listing photos.

your order.
reserved rights
A Crafty Cloud reserves the right to reproduce custom made items, and to photograph all items
we create. We may use these photos at our discretion for advertising or as samples within our
listings. Please notify us if you do not wish your custom order to be published.
your privacy
We have no intention of knowingly collecting your personal information, nor will we sell or share what we do collect for the explicit purpose of receiving and delivering your orders to you. We're good people. ;)
